About the Phin Security and Triada Networks Conversation

One of our employees, Jamie, touched base with Raffi after Triada Networks implemented Phin's training resources in the Northern New Jersey and New York City area.

Jamie was responsible for contacting Triada Networks when they were searching for cybersecurity and phishing training assistance. This interview gave us a chance to reflect on recent successes for both Phin Security and Triada Networks. With all Uncut Phinatics meetings, our interviewer asks a series of questions to hear what Phin is doing right and where we can improve:

Triada Networks and Phin Security Challenges

Our Triada Networks case study addressed specific challenges faced by our customer who has been in business for 14 years. Raffi mentioned that when first starting with Phin Security, our product had a handful of gaps. Raffi explained this early in our relationship, and we immediately got to work on implementing his feedback.

Raffi admits he was surprised when Phin Security reached out to him shortly after his consultation. We went the extra mile to show our appreciation for Raffi's time — the result was us building a more polished platform with the additional phishing content he was after.

Raffi loved the changes we made to our content. Phin changed the game for Triada Networks by enabling the company to take a hands-off approach to training and onboarding.

Raffi finds our platform intuitive. At one point in our interview, he says, “Once we onboard a client who has Office365, we connect them with Phin, and Phin just runs with it.” 

Phin Security reviews from Raffi and his team indicate we are making a difference for them with onboarding new employees. Triada Networks has incorporated numerous templates into its training workflow. Just one day after Triada onboards a new team member, the individual will get a message saying they need to complete security awareness training, all thanks to Phin.

A Smooth Onboarding Experience

Phin Security provides a fine-tuned onboarding experience. Raffi explains he enjoys using our training platform since “It's not a complex UI. It's got enough dials and knobs that you need and no more. It's not confusing where you need to jump in and out of different places."

With Phin's platform, we keep tweaking to a minimum. We learn from our customers to get rid of roadblocks they'd encounter with competing providers. Raffi tells us, “Phin has always had a culture of being extremely transparent. Phin owns their mistakes, they fix them and they move on.”

Features, Updates or Changes Triada Networks Wants to See

Raffi is interested in hearing what larger MSPs are doing with Phin. He can tell Phin is helping larger MSPs, and that's not always the case for newer providers. Triada Networks benefits from Phin Security's training platform, and Raffi tells us it's exciting that our resources are getting to the right people and making sense to users from the get-go.
