How Do I Cancel My Phin Account?

If you need to cancel your Phin account, we are here to help.

To cancel your Phin account, submit a ticket and choose Billing Question as the ticket type. Include the date you would like the account canceled and include a reason for cancellation. The cancellation date cannot be earlier than the date you submit the ticket.

Invoices will continue to be charged through the end of the month of your cancellation date. For example, a cancellation on May 1st and May 31st will be both charged in full for the month of May.
