What is the Partner-Level Content Library?
This section of the Phin platform, labeled as 'Content' in the partner-level sidebar, is a partner-level content library containing all phishing and training content in Phin.

Search, Sort, and Filter Content
Are you looking for a specific piece of content? The partner library allows you to search, sort, and filter by the following properties.

Info Modals
Want a quick peek into the properties aligned with a single piece of content without having to preview the content itself? That's where info modals come in!
Each content card has an 'Info' button that opens a modal window displaying important properties to help you decide whether it's content you'd like to preview. Below are examples of preview and training 'Info' modals.
Phishing Template Example:
- Tag = Notification
- From address = error-logs@messages.notificationhandler.com
- User Field = Supervisor Email
Training Course Example:
- Topic = Information Security
- Content Provider = NINJIO
- Language = English
- Format = Video
- Duration = 5 minutes
Training Previews
Want to preview the training you're considering for a campaign? Use the 'Preview' button on a training content card or from the info modal to land on a training preview page. Here, you can see the content's associated property values and take the training as if you were an end-user.
Phishing Template & Learning Moment Previews
Now, you can preview all phishing templates and the learning moment associated with any of them by following these steps:
1. Click the 'Preview' button on any phishing content card in the library. You can also navigate to a preview page from the 'Info' modals.
2. Click the 'Learning Moment' button in the top right corner of the preview page.
3. Use the 'Next' buttons to click through the learning moments and then 'Done' to complete the learning moment preview. Clicking anywhere outside of the learning moments box will also end the preview of the learning moment.
