With the Service Desk integration enabled, emails reported using the Phin Report Phishing button (currently only available in Outlook) will automatically create a ticket in the connected dashboard of your ConnectWise Manage Service Desk. - Micro-Modules by GoldPhish are 60-second micro courses that give end-users quick tips on relatable cybersecurity threats and the steps to implement safeguards to protect against those threats.
- Important Note: Micro-modules do not include assessments.
- The following pre-built role-based training curriculums from NINJIO are now available to launch via the fixed training campaign builder.

Small fixes and updates
- CW Manage Billing now allows the same company and agreement to be repeatedly configured in the mapping to account for unique circumstances in which departments within the same company are cataloged as separate companies in Phin, but one company in ConnectWise Manage.
- The Fixed Campaign Builder got an upgrade! Until now, building a fixed training campaign meant you had to dig through a full list of Phin's available training courses. This latest update brings filtering to a Phin user to search the training catalog via provider, course name, topic, or duration.
- Fixed a bug in which email addresses were not being saved correctly in the Defender Email Address input field in the Report Phishing Integration page.
- Added a Lifecycle Insights integration tile to the partner integrations page to bring awareness of LCI's external integration with Phin.
- Lifecycle Insights makes it easier to grow revenue with vCIO services. Enable the Phinintegration to view your Security Awareness Training insights in your LCI dashboard and maximize your Business Review Meetings with customers.
