This article outlines how a user can turn on/turn off closed captions inside of a training module. Not all training modules offer closed captions at this time.
When an end user loads into a training module, if that training module has closed captions available, it will be accessible in the bottom left corner of the video player, as outlined in red in the image below.
Clicking on the CC symbol will open the selection menu, at which point the end user can select English to turn on closed captions. English is the only available option for closed captions at this time. Multi-language and translated courses will populate subtitles automatically.
If the particular course doesn't have built-in closed captions, users can toggle on browser-based closed captioning as an alternative.
