      What counts as a billable user?

      A license is considered billable when...

      A billable user is anyone who has:

      • been enrolled in a training course
      • been sent a phishing email
      • have accessed a training course via their training link

      For instance, if a user is slept in the March, but they access their training via a link they received in February, they will be considered a billable user for March.
