What if I manually upload a user and then Azure sync that same user?

If you have manually uploaded a user, and then at a later time use Azure sync, that same user will be duplicated if you add them a second time (via Azure).

If you have manually uploaded a user, and then at a later time manually upload the same user (same email), that user will NOT be duplicated. As the system will recognize the email, it will ignore that same user to avoid duplication.
